Chesil Dental Practice dental implant dentist Kit Spears

Kit Spears

  • Kit is a multi award-winning implant dentist, practicing in Surrey and Hampshire. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011 and has been carrying out implant dentistry since 2014. He completed his Master’s degree in Dental Implantology with merit in 2017, and was invited back to be an academic supervisor on the Master’s programme, becoming a University of Bristol honorary staff member.
  • Kit has attended numerous advanced implant courses across the UK and Europe to hone his techniques and skills, including an Advanced Surgical Fellowship with Professor Urban.
  • Kit’s accolades include Best Multiple Implant Treatment in the UK, in the 2023 Dentistry Clinical Case Awards, and Best Young Implant Dentist in the UK, in the 2023 Clinical Dentistry Awards, and he has been shortlisted for many other awards. In addition, Kit is a Course Leader and clinical teacher on the Diploma in Implant Dentistry course, at Delta Dental Academy in Bristol, and he is an ADI-registered implant mentor.

What to expect during your first visit?

Depending on your teeth condition during your first visit you may expect the below services:

 Personalised treatment plan

 Any necessary x-rays

 Full periodontal charting (measuring the space between a tooth and the gum tissue surrounding it)

 CBCT 3D X-ray (if required)

 Dental examination

 Photographs

During your first visit, we will discuss your dental history, conduct a thorough examination and propose a treatment plan. The visit lasts about 60 minutes.  
 
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
